Coaching Methodology: ‘Q & A’ ,’ Guided Discovery’. I like to treat all children as individuals, keeping my goalkeeping sessions simple. With simple clear terminology , exciting and FUN FUN FUN. all children have different learning capabilities and styles such as visually (seeing) , Verbally (hearing) and Kinesthetically (doing). The relationship between the Coach and the Goalkeeper is of significant importance. The ability of a Coach is to establish a rapport with the young goalkeepers which will accelerate the learning process. Young goalkeepers should be encouraged to be creative, take-risks and experiment without fear of failure and subsequent criticism. My vision is to produce technically excellent and innovative Goalkeepers, with exceptional decision making skills.
